You are celebrated, wonderful and seen.

Little Red Tractor’s workshops are all about gathering the wonderful people in rural, regional and remote areas

for lunch, learning & laughs

and to face challenges together

via workshops, networks, gatherings and online communities

Disaster/Event Recovery

Everyday Resilience. Grow your capacity (emotional fitness) – it’s not endurance.

Resilience isn’t about toughing it out. It’s about how we adapt to our new normal using the skills in our toolbox.
In this workshop, we reframe resilience as a skill set – not a personality trait. You’ll learn how to recognise trigger points, recharge when life gets intense and build habits that protect your energy and wellbeing.

Reconnect, Recharge & Reignite

A full day experience to help find your spark again. Reconnect, Recharge & Reignite

This workshop is designed for people living and working across rural, regional and remote Australia who are wondering how to pause, reflect and re-energise. Through guided activities, group conversations and creative reflection, you’ll explore what matters most, reconnect with community and assess strengths and gain tools to support your wellbeing and decision making. Expect practical insights, plenty of laughs, and a strong sense of shared understanding.

Ladies Days

The power of gathered women is immense and when we come together incredible things happen.

Whether it’s sharing stories around a table, swapping tips over lunch, or simply knowing you’re not alone, there’s strength in connection. Gather events are all about creating space for rural, regional and remote women to come together for learning, laughs and lunch. Join us for a day that’s as practical as it is heartwarming. You'll walk away with fresh insights, a few new tools for the challenges of life on the land, and a stronger sense of community, because when women gather, we grow stronger.

Toolbox for Tough Times

Practical strategies to cope, care and adapt – especially when life’s not easy.
This workshop is especially valuable in disaster affected or drought impacted communities. It brings people together to acknowledge the challenges, reconnect with support and find small, manageable ways forward. Includes wellbeing check-ins, simple planning tools, and space to be heard, no judgement, just connection and care.

Flexibility

Have something specific in mind? We’re happy to adapt our workshop format and delivery to align with your organisation’s goals.

There is growing recognition that disaster recovery and resilience or capability building processes are more successful when they are community centred
