Workshops

Clarity, Capacity & Confidence Workshop

Emotional Fitness. Everyday Resilience. Get Clarity, Grow your Capacity, Gain Confidence, it’s not endurance.

Resilience isn’t about toughing it out. It’s about how we adapt to our new normal using the skills in our toolbox.
In this workshop, we reframe resilience as a skill set, not a personality trait. You’ll learn how to recognise trigger points, recharge when life gets intense and build habits that protect your energy and wellbeing.

Reconnect, Recharge, & Reignite Workshop

Settle the Dust. Created for communities in drought.

A full day experience to help find your spark again.

This workshop is designed for people living and working across rural, regional and remote Australia who are wondering how to pause, reflect and re-energise. Through guided activities, group conversations and creative reflection, you’ll explore what matters most, reconnect with community, assess strengths, gain tools to support your wellbeing and decision making. Expect practical insights, plenty of laughs and a strong sense of shared understanding.

Can be adjusted to school hours to cater for parents dropping off and picking up.

Ladies Days Out

The power of gathered women is immense and when we come together incredible things happen.

Whether it’s sharing stories around a table, swapping tips over lunch, or simply knowing you’re not alone, there’s strength in connection. Ladies Day events are all about creating space for rural, regional and remote women to come together for lunch, learning & laughs.

Join us for a day that’s as practical as it is heartwarming. You'll walk away with fresh insights, a few new tools for the challenges of life on the land, and a stronger sense of community, because when women gather, we grow stronger.

Can be adjusted to school hours to cater for parents dropping off and picking up.

Toolbox for Tough Times Workshop

Disaster Prepare and Recovery

Practical strategies to cope, care and adapt, especially when life’s not easy.
This workshop is especially valuable in disaster affected or drought impacted communities. It brings people together to acknowledge the challenges, reconnect with support and find small, manageable ways forward. Includes wellbeing check ins, simple planning tools and space to be heard, no judgement, just connection and care. This people centred approach recognises that resilience and emotional fitness can be learned and grown in individuals and communities. An introduction to emergency preparedness can also be included.

The workshops can be tailored for business, groups and communities.

Farmer Wants a Fish

First held during the 2018-2020 drought at Glenbawn Dam, this day is a play on the TV series Farmer wants Wife with the goal of getting farmers and their families off farm for a couple of hours, a day or even for a weekend to relax, catch a fish and be cared for with friends, food, fun and support.

The fishing competition was fierce and a local lady grazier took out the prize for biggest fish. Many other fun medals were awarded over the weekend.

Held with the support of RAMHP, DPI, LLS and community centres over 100 people attended.

DPI Fisheries ensured each child received a fishing rod and a few lures, whilst fishing clubs from city areas brought their boats and donated their time and fuel to ensure each farmer was on the water for as long as they wanted.

Fishing suppliers donated rods, lures and more so each farmer had more than enough supplies to catch a whoppa or tell a whoppa of a story!

Flexibility

We know every town and organisation is different.

That’s why we offer flexible formats and delivery options to suit your needs.

Whether you’re aiming to build leadership capacity, support wellbeing, strengthen recovery, or foster community connection, we can tailor the content, length, location and delivery style to match your goals.

From half day sessions to two day retreats in locations across the country or even online delivery for remote teams, we’ll work with you to design a workshop that hits the mark.

Let’s create something that inspires your people, your place and your purpose.

We believe in simple ideas, strong relationships, and lasting impact. What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved and even more excited for what’s ahead.

There is growing recognition that disaster recovery and

capacity (resilience) building

are far more successful when they are

community centred
