Gathering the wonderful people of rural, regional and remote Australia for lunch, learning & laughs

Born from life in rural, regional and remote Australia, Little Red Tractor creates opportunities for people to connect, reflect, learn and support each other through life’s good times, challenges and changes.

Through workshops, gatherings, storytelling and practical tools, we bring people together to share real experiences, build confidence and strengthen wellbeing. Whether it’s around a table, in a local hall, or out in the paddock, Little Red Tractor creates spaces where conversations matter and people feel seen, heard and supported.

Our work focuses on connection, resilience and community capacity particularly for rural women and communities navigating disasters, isolation, pressure and change.

We believe the most powerful solutions already exist within communities. Sometimes people just need the time, space and encouragement to share them.

Little Red Tractor brings people together for:

Everything we do is grounded in one simple belief:

  • Strong people build strong communities who can face the tough & good times together

Because when people feel connected, supported and confident, rural communities don’t just survive, they thrive.
